The Financial Director is the Custodian of Securities, together with the President and Secretary, and is responsible for the safekeeping of all securities and valuable papers. He is the Chairman of the Fund-Raising Committee.
Responsibilities
- Assure deposits are made, receive a duplicate deposit slip, and ensure all financial procedures follow the Code of Rules.
- Report on financial activities with transparency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Work closely with the Secretary and the rest of the board to keep financial decisions aligned with the jurisdiction's goals.
- Protect the integrity of the Moose Legion. Good financial stewardship builds trust, and members support jurisdictions that demonstrate responsibility.
