The Moose Legion Education Course (MLEC) gives Moose Legion leaders a clear understanding of how the Moose Legion operates and how leadership works at every level.
The course starts with the overall structure of the Moose Legion and how it fits within Moose International. From there it covers director roles and responsibilities, how jurisdictions function, and how Lodges and Lodge Moose Legion Committees support that work. It also covers meetings, celebrations, finances, reporting, and leadership expectations, including the M.O.O.S.E. Goals framework for planning and evaluating activities.
By the end of the course, participants should feel more confident in their roles and better prepared to support their jurisdiction and their Lodge Moose Legion Committee.
