Secretary

Moose Legion Secretary

The Secretary is the record keeper for the jurisdiction, and essentially the Administrator of the Moose Legion jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain minutes, accurate documentation, and accurate financial records.
  • Ensure all reports are completed and submitted properly.
  • Handle communication within the jurisdiction: notices, membership records, and the information officers and members need.
  • Appoint the Lodge Moose Legion Committee Assistant Secretary for the jurisdiction.
  • Stay accurate, organized, and consistent. When the Secretary stays consistent, the entire jurisdiction functions better.
