The President is the leader of the jurisdiction. This Director sets the tone for how meetings run, how decisions get made, and how the membership feels about the direction of the Moose Legion.
Responsibilities
- Preside over all jurisdiction meetings and celebrations, keep order, and keep discussion on track.
- Ensure the jurisdiction operates within the Code of Rules.
- Work closely with the Vice President and the rest of the board to plan programs, support membership growth, and maintain positive relationships with the Lodge LMLCs.
- Mentor all Directors to take the next step in leadership.
- Set the example that everyone else follows: listen, guide, and lead with a steady hand.
